Yes - we offer pick-up and delivery in Maury County and all neighboring counties (Giles, Lawrence, Lewis, Hickman, Williamson, Marshall) for $75 round trip. Please call our Service Department with any questions and to schedule your pickup/delivery.

No - a prior appointment is not required before dropping off your machine but it does ensure that we are able to complete your job in the most timely manner.

A Certified Dealership is authorized by their Manufacturers to perform Warranty Repairs and submit Warranty Claims, whereas a local independent repair shop cannot perform or submit Warranty Repairs or Warranty Claims to a manufacturer, on a customers behalf. A Certified dealership is also required to use Certified Technicians, who are trained and authorized by a Manufacturer to complete repairs on your vehicle, whereas the workers at a local repair shop do not have access to the same Certification Training and cannot claim to be an up-to-date “Certified Technician” for any brand. Why is it important to have a Certified Technician working on your vehicle? Here is one explanation:
Have you ever been to the doctor? Most of us have. Have you ever had an experience where it took the doctor several tries to finally figure out the root cause of what was wrong with you? It is frustrating and time-consuming, right? We’ve all heard stories about people being treated for symptoms, only to find out the root cause was something completely different than what the doctor initially thought. Something to think to think about, is how do doctors go about finding out what’s wrong with our bodies? They order and then perform a variety of tests, right? And if those tests come back clear, they say “well, we at least know what’s NOT wrong with you AND guess what? You have to pay for all that testing – good, bad or no result. For both mechanics and doctors, it takes a lot of time (we’re talking YEARS), experience, certification, talent, and equipment to properly diagnose issues. A Certified Technician who has the experience and up-to-date training to quickly and accurately pinpoint the root cause of your vehicle’s symptoms, can save you a lot of time and money.

Performing professional vehicle diagnostics and making vehicle repairs are both a part of the job that a Certified Technician is paid to do. When you pay a Certified Technician for a diagnosis of your vehicle, you are paying for the certified knowledge and expertise that only they can provide.

The Service Advisor is a liaison between Certified Technicians and customers in a dealership. A Service Advisor is THE main point of contact who communicates with each customer, while Certified Technicians are focused solely on diagnosing and repairing your vehicle. A Service Advisor will provide customers with regular updates and discuss necessary repairs from the time a unit is dropped off for Service, to the time it leaves with the customer.

Yes - we can work with any aftermarket warranty company to submit repair claims for Warranty Coverage. Please note that each warranty company has the final say in what is covered under their warranty.
